About the Role

As part of our expansion, Lightnet is now seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Singapore team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled prior to account activation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Legal, IT, Business Development, and Operations, to facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Coordinate account setup, system access, and conduct client training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all onboarding documentation and communications.
  • Ensure the secure handling and storage of client data in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Track onboarding progress, proactively identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate issues as required.
  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Educate clients on available support channels and ensure a smooth transition post-onboarding.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualification
  • Previous experience in a financial institution, preferably at banks/payment or related fields
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
