§ Prepare all related documents pertaining to import and export including Permit Declarations.
§ Ensure all billings and invoices are done promptly and accurately.
§ Updating clients with all relevant information and attend to their requirements.
§ Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
§ Liaise with airfreight carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
§ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
