Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing overseas warehouse-related projects, including site evaluation, vendor communication, and data consolidation;
• Organize and analyze operational data such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment efficiency, and SKU structure to support management decisions;
• Participate in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures and manuals to support process standardization;
• Maintain regular communication with overseas partners and assist in resolving issues and coordinating information;
• Track project progress and support tasks such as document organization, meeting minutes, and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, with knowledge of basic overseas warehouse operations and key performance indicators;
• Ability to read and interpret warehouse operation reports, with basic proficiency in Excel or WMS systems;
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective coordination with overseas teams or service providers;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong execution skills and a good sense of teamwork.
