Join our dynamic CLIENT IFC project team as a Product Manager, working with product leads, solution architects, and tech consultants to deliver innovative digital solutions across healthcare finance, regulation, disease control, analytics, and corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Definition & Research

• Engage stakeholders to define clear problem statements
• Conduct market research and gap analysis
• Analyse user feedback to inform decisions

Strategic Planning & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision and goals
• Develop strategy and theories of change
• Align stakeholders on key priorities

Solution Development

• Identify and test solutions to validated problems
• Run experiments to validate assumptions
• Maintain product roadmaps
• Refine business, design, and technical specs

Implementation & Stakeholder Management

• Drive necessary policy/process changes
• Coordinate across agencies
• Align business needs with tech capabilities
• Manage key stakeholder relationships

Agile Delivery

• Own and manage product backlog
• Lead sprint planning
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams
