Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and pitch recruitment solutions

• Negotiate terms of business with clients
  

Candidate Sourcing & Management

• Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles

• Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a positive experience
  

Recruitment Process Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation

• Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• 1-3 years of recruitment or sales experience (agency experience preferred)

• MOM CEI certified

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented with a passion for people
