Job Description:

Shook Lin & Bok LLP is a leading commercial law firm with an Asian presence and global reach is looking for a Legal Executive with PRC law capabilities to join its China Desk, who will assist lawyers in various departments to conduct legal research in English and Mandarin and communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should have a law degree from a PRC university and have some corporate finance experience, as well as be fluent in English and Mandarin.

Job Requirements :

• Law degree from a PRC University

• Some Corporate Finance Experience

• Fluent in both English & Mandarin
