• ABLITY TO TRAIN AND GROOM AN EFFECTIVE SALES TEAM
  

• Able to assist the agency in grooming the next gernational sales team

• Assist the Team to identify and open up new protential client

• Compliance with MOM regulations/ EA guidelines and Employment Act

• Overall in in charge of Company sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• CEI certified – Basic or KAH
• Minimium 5 years of recruitment or placement experience in an employment agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MY MOM portal/ Wpol/Epol
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ablity to work under stress
