Sales Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Cold - Calling, Identifying and acquiring new customers through outreach initiatives and referrals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and business development operations and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain file system, client databases and update customer records. (CRM & Excel)

• Provide sales and customer service support to the sales and business development team.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

• Assist in the coordination and organisation of sales events and exhibitions.

• Liaise with internal and external costing team for timely proposal submission to clients

• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, sales proposals and other sales materials.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma education.

• Training will be provided.

• Good interpersonal skills and sales-oriented.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Proactive, Independent, meticulous and a good team player.

• Keen interest to learn new knowledge.

• Proficiency in Google office Suite & MS Office
