Job Overview:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with 3–8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
• Log, track, and manage defects to closure using tools like JIRA or equivalent.
• Perform end-to-end testing of banking applications such as payments, core banking systems, digital channels, etc.
• Work closely with automation testers to support test automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, compliance, and quality assurance practices.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in API testing or tools like Postman is desirable.
