Senior Executive (IT Application)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Senior Executive I (Application Support) is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the development and support of desktop and enterprise applications used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, and vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.
Technical areas: Support IT applications & application platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Wordpress and other SaaS & non-SaaS solutions that Care Corner may adopt, including system to system integrations such as payment gateway & Whatsapp, and workflows. This role is expected to lead in the research, design, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of applications, automations and APIs, as well as support IT/system/network administration, cybersecurity, training & project management activities.
Other duties: Assist with IT sourcing and procurement, vendor management, project and system documentation, budgeting, audit, contract, license and subscription management, billing, and asset record management.
Distribution of work responsibilities for this role:
Application Design, Development, Implementation and Support: 70%
System/Network Administration, Cybersecurity: 20%
Non-technical: 10%
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the running, administration, update, and documentation of Care Corner's enterprise & desktop applications (Saas & non-SaaS), such as but not limited to, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Wordpress, including system to system integrations such as payment gateway & Whatsapp, and workflows.
- Lead in the research, design, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of applications, automations and APIs, including server-side scripting & automations on Salesforce, Power Automate flows, Powershell scripts (mainly for system administration), PHP, Java, Microsoft 365, etc.
- Supporting IT/system/network administration, cybersecurity, training & project management activities, such as functional workshop discussions, data migration preparation, end-user training, post-implementation support, IT audit, policy & enforcement, as well as business continuity planning activities.
- Assisting with non-technical activities, such as IT sourcing and procurement, vendor management, project and system documentation, budgeting, audit, contract, license and subscription management, billing, and asset record management.
- Undertaking any other technical or non-technical activities that may be required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in information technology or equivalent together with relevant experience in application development and support, especially on SaaS platforms like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Working knowledge or relevant experience in the support of system-to-system workflows and APIs.
- A positive attitude & enthusiasm towards problem-solving, research, learning and application of knowledge. Should be Meticulous, proactive and time sensitive to requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in IT Applications
Experience in Applications, Systems/Network/Security support and vendor Management
