Position description: As a key member of the HR Department, the HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager or equivalent senior representative. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across core areas such as employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a smooth experience and full compliance with HR policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases; ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company objectives.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate salary and benefits disbursement.
- Coordinate employee relations efforts, handle employee inquiries, and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to support growth.
- Maintain the HRIS system with up-to-date employee data and support system-related queries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- Manage HR-related procurement, vendor contracts, and compliance matters.
- Support internal and external HR audits to ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal controls.
- Assist with corporate travel planning, attendance monitoring, and employee expense claims.
- Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities management, and general administrative duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR support with broader organizational goals.
