JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and execute short- and long-term KPI to achieve Company objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• To develop the framework for the corporate management system, and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company’s rules & regulations.
• Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company’s performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments.
• Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions.
• To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages.

Skills and Specifications

• Background with construction management
• Good command of Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
• At least of 4 years of related working experience in Singapore
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking ability, resourceful and leadership skills
• Good at communication, able to manage chinese speaking associates
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
Dealt with Structural Works before - such as concrete cement casting, Formwork and Rebar related skills

Others:

• During period when projects are a peak, some overtime may be required.
• Ability to manage migrant workers from China, Myanmar and Bangladesh Nationality.
• Good knowledge in construction - Sub-contractor aspect
