Your New Role
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Preparation of periodic financial crime, fiduciary and operational reviews on the client base ensuring completeness of AML/CFT and administrative procedures and records
- Adherence to deadlines for completion
- Customer Due Diligence reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Identification of compliance and/or risk issues and recommendation of remediation required, with escalation where required to the Regional Head or Head of Compliance as appropriate.
- Negative media screening
- Ensuring activity remains in line with the client profile
- Identification of updates required to Navision
- Professional communication of findings to the Client Administrator
- Assistance with remediation steps as identified Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
What will you need to succeed in this role?
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the local AML/CFT regulations and trustee/director responsibilities
- Understanding of the regulatory environment will be required to effectively discharge duties with minimal reference toother members of the risk team
- Maintain good business practices and excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues
- Be achievement-focused whilst maintaining brand and business values

- Diligent with a methodical approach and excellent attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver the best for the business
- Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Be proactive with a methodical approach in order to deliver timely service to all stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
