Sales & Marketing Executive (Excluding Food & Beverage Services)

Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling non-food items, building customer relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. The role focuses on increasing product visibility, handling customer enquiries, and implementing marketing strategies for general merchandise and household items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell non-food products such as household items, personal care products, and general merchandise.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base.
• Handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer needs and market trends.
• Coordinate with the store management to ensure proper stock levels and attractive product displays.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in retail sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, social media, or local advertising methods is an advantage.
