We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to support our clients in Singapore with implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP CS modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of service processes, customer relationship management, and integration with related SAP modules such as SD, PM, MM, and FI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP CS solutions
- Implement and configure SAP Customer Service module including:
- Service Orders, Notifications
- Warranty processing
- Installed base management
- Service Contracts
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP CS-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end integration (e.g., SD, PM, FI, MM)
- Conduct user training and documentation
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in regional rollouts and upgrades
- Customize reports and dashboards using SAP standard tools
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards (e.g., PDPA)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS module
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 environments
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing support tickets
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service processes
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g., Singapore service tax, customer data protection)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP CS or S/4HANA Service module
- Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Utilities, or Manufacturing
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM tools
- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to Customer Service
- Mandarin or Malay language proficiency is a plus (for communication with regional teams)
