Product Support Engineer (Gasket & Sealing / West) - WC2

• Reporting & Coordination
  Report directly to the Product Manager, SEA (Gasket & Sealing), providing timely updates on all product-related matters.
• Global Collaboration
  Liaise with the Global Product Team on a monthly basis—or as needed—to align regional activities with global strategies and objectives.
• Technical Support
  Deliver technical expertise and support to both the sales team and customers, ensuring prompt resolution of product inquiries and issues.
• Inventory Oversight
  Manage product inventory to meet operational and sales demands, ensuring stock levels are optimized while minimizing obsolete inventory.
• Business Execution
  Support the implementation of business strategies and sales initiatives developed by management, contributing to commercial success and operational efficiency.
• On-Site Engagement
  Participate in site visits or on-site tasks when required. Flexibility in working hours is expected during key project milestones.
• Ad-Hoc Assignments
  Undertake additional tasks, assignments, or projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor, in accordance with evolving business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product application, technical sales support, or inventory coordination—preferably within an industrial or B2B setting.
• Strong understanding of gasket and sealing products, including specifications, application use, and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret technical drawings is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in working across cross-functional and international teams.
• Skilled in inventory analysis, demand forecasting, and supporting business planning with precision and attention to detail.
• Open to on-site work and able to adjust working hours during critical project periods.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP B1 is an added advantage
