Position Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production and quality operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food science who’s eager to grow with a company redefining how the world feeds dogs.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight : Supervise and participate in the daily production of freeze-dried dog food.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high product standards and ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
• Process Improvement : Support initiatives to boost efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
• Inventory Control : Manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth, timely workflows.
• Regulatory Compliance : Uphold GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for dogs and interest in pet health
• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in food production (internship or industry role preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Clear communicator and team player
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
