- Assist in tender preparation and pricing of ELV and related works.
- Basic understanding of ELV in construction.
- Assist in the preparation of costs for tenders and contracts
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
- Conduct site measurements and monitor work progress against bill of quantities.
- Support the team in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records for all project-related QS matters.
- Liaise with site teams, consultants, and suppliers as required.
- Responsible for handling running project
- Assist in Preparation and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
- Assist in finalisation of project accounts with client and subcontractors
- Engage clients via phone calls to gather information and provide updates accordingly
- Undertake general administration duties, including weekly and monthly reports preparations
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management
