Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant (Property/Real Estate)

• Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and monitor payment cycles.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closings.
• Handle staff claims and vendor queries.
• Prepare audit schedules related to AP and assist in annual audit.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience in Property/Real estate industry.
• Good working knowledge of accounting software.
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
