E&M Manager (Experience in LTA projects)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

Requirements

• Min 15 years of Engineering experience with a recognised E&M Engineering Degree;
• At least 10 years experience in managing E&M structural, architectural and E&M building services work of similar scale and complexity;
• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects;
• Full understanding of the design and approval process and BCA TOP process;
• Preferably with LTA project experience
