Quantity Surveyor

Job description

1. Taking off quantities.

2. Prepare quotations for tender submission.

3. Understand and administer sub-contact terms.

4. Compare tender drawings/BOQ with awarded construction drawings to identify and advise on discrepancies or scope changes.

5. Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, follow up on payment certificates.

6. Prepare quotation for VO works and liaise with man contractor for VO negotiations and approval.

7. Sourcing and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

8. Evaluate subcon claims.

9. Support project team with miscellaneous tasks. (such as sample submission, preparing safety documents, and maintaining records)
