- Curriculum Planning & Implementation
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum frameworks
- Create engaging learning materials and classroom setups
- Observe and document children’s development to inform teaching
- Apply effective classroom and behaviour management strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with families to support continuity of care
- Coordinate and engage with families, volunteers, and community partners
- Support the development of centre-wide family and community initiatives
- Caregiving & Daily Routines
- Conduct assessments and ensure quality of routine caregiving
- Guide care practices according to SOPs and identify areas for improvement
- Professional Development & Practice
- Uphold centre values and contribute to a positive work environment
- Stay updated with sector trends and suggest teaching improvements
- Participate in initiatives to enhance service and teaching quality
- EY2 certification with an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood care and education (ECCE)
- Strong passion for working with children
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
