Responsibilities

  • Handle the Data Entry
  • Handle administration duties
  • Able to handle documentation updated in ISO audit and safety audit
  • Help officer or manager to get things done
  • Update GST report and analysis
  • Handle site office administration , such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment
  • And facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a
  • Conducive working environment ,etc
  • Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll
  • Handle the Project’s documents to/from internal and external parities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
  • Recordkeeping and File documents
  • Customer Service - attend to incoming calls
  • Scanning of documents
  • Run errands as and when necessary
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working hours : 9:00am to 6.00pm (Mon & Wed) & 9.00am to 6pm (Fri)
