Responsibilities
- Handle the Data Entry
- Handle administration duties
- Able to handle documentation updated in ISO audit and safety audit
- Help officer or manager to get things done
- Update GST report and analysis
- Handle site office administration , such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment
- And facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a
- Conducive working environment ,etc
- Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll
- Handle the Project’s documents to/from internal and external parities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Recordkeeping and File documents
- Customer Service - attend to incoming calls
- Scanning of documents
- Run errands as and when necessary
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Proficient in MS Office Word , Excel, Powerpoint and Ms Project
Working hours : 9:00am to 6.00pm (Mon & Wed) & 9.00am to 6pm (Fri)
