About the Role
As a Maintenance Account Coordinator – Collections & Admin Support , you will support the Maintenance Sales team by following up on long-outstanding payments , preparing customer correspondence, and coordinating with internal departments on account matters. This role provides important exposure to commercial operations, credit control, and customer engagement .

  • Position : Maintenance Account Coordinator – Collections & Admin Support
  • Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent
  • Work Location : Office-based with occasional site visits
  • Office Location : West Singapore – Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
  • Salary Range : $2,500 – $3,500/month
  • Bonus Rewards : AWS (13-month) and variable performance bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and submit monthly ageing reports to management
  • Follow up with customers on overdue payments via email and phone
  • Issue Statements of Accounts (SOA), invoices, and supporting documents as needed
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve account disputes or queries
  • Prepare Letters of Demand (LOD) for unresolved payment issues
  • Coordinate cheque collections and maintain proper records
  • Attend and document meetings; prepare minutes and track action items
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and payment-related records
  • Perform ad hoc duties and assist the team with reporting or administrative needs

What They’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong interest in account management, finance coordination, or customer-facing admin roles
  • Open to candidates with relevant academic background or experience in sales support, admin, or payment follow-up
  • Training will be provided

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable communicating with external parties via email and phone
  • Organized and meticulous in handling account documentation
  • Able to work independently and coordinate across teams
  • Familiarity with account reconciliation or customer service is an advantage
