Clinic Advisor (TCM setting)

Location: Modern Shopping Mall right across Somerset MRT
Work days: 5 days work week = 3 weekdays (9.30am – 7.30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (10am – 7pm)
As a Care Advisor , your primary responsibility is to introduce suitable treatment and wellness packages for patients' healing journey. You will play a key role in supporting the clinic's daily sales and operations, handling patient care and administrative duties, and contributing to marketing and outreach efforts — all while upkeeping a warm, professional, and healing environment.
This role requires a mature and reliable individual who takes pride in their work, handles responsibilities with professionalism, and contributes positively to the team and clinic environment.
Your Key Responsibilities are:
1. Sales & Service Consultation (Primary Focus)
- Recommend suitable treatment packages and wellness products based on patient needs and clinic offerings.
- Maintain great understanding of therapy benefits to confidently present and close treatment plans.
- Provide clear advice to build trust and long-term patient relationships.
2. Patient Experience & Front Desk Support
- Greet and attend to patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and therapy sessions.
- Handle payment processing, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
3. Clinical & Therapeutic Support
- Assist in therapy sessions as needed.
- Support TCM Physicians in delivering care, treatments, and consultations.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for each patient.
4. Customer Relations & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns across phone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, empathetic service.
5. Marketing & Clinic Engagement
- Participate in marketing campaigns and community engagement events, including health talks, trade fairs, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote clinic services.
6. Inventory & Hygiene Management
- Conduct monthly stock checks and maintain sufficient supplies of clinic consumables.
- Oversee the cleanliness of reception areas, waiting rooms, pantry, and treatment areas, upholding clinic hygiene standards.
7. Operations & Team Support
- Adhere to clinic policies and standard operating procedures.
- Step in to support colleagues or adjust workdays when necessary for business continuity.
- Take initiative to solve problems and maintain a smooth clinic environment.
8. Performance & Culture
- Demonstrate strong sales ownership while upholding service quality.
- Remain professional and committed, ensuring personal matters do not interfere with work responsibilities. Foster a dependable, respectful, and collaborative team culture
We are interested in candidates, who are ideally:
- Sales-oriented, with some interest in health, wellness, and patient care
- Emotionally mature, self-motivated, and able to perform consistently without micromanagement
- Able to commit to weekends and work schedule as stated
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-focused environments is an advantage
- Comfortable with strong TCM herbal scents
- Must be a dependable team player, pro-active and willing to step in when needed
