Clinic Supervisor/Manager

Job Info:

• Working days: 4 weekdays + weekends (6 days/week, 1 off day on weekdays)
• Working hours: 8am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 2pm (weekends)
• Location: Central

Job Description:

• Ensure all clinic staff report for duty on time.
• Conduct training sessions for newly hired staff.
• Reconcile claims and respond to inquiries from government or corporate partners.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee the upkeep of clinic facilities and coordinate regular preventive maintenance with the facilities team.
