Responsibilities

  • Support customers and partners in their daily use of FNT products and solutions.
  • Perform various user and administrator tasks at customer sites
  • Contribute to the innovation of FNT products and solutions, by sharing practical experience, providing feedback, and suggesting improvements for customer deployments to the responsible specialists
  • Assist in new release tests to enhance software development features
  • Take on advisory and coordinating tasks in large-scale customer projects


Qualifications

  • Degree in related technical degree program, Computer Science, Business Informatics etc.
  • 5 years of professional experience in the field of software/technical support or customer service alternatively
  • 8 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to convey technical information and technical concepts in a simplified way
  • Experience in managing projects and continuously the customers on the progress
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
