- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth flow and efficiency
- Manage and track inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
- Conduct staff training at outlets and performance appraisal for all staff
- Address employee issues and resolve conflicts
- Drive KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales and costs, identify areas for improvement
- Conduct monthly stock checks and take of all inventories
- Ensure and upkeep maintenance and appearance of outlets, equipment and fixtures
- Handle customer feedbacks and complaints.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
