About the Role
As a Project Coordinator – Installation & Cost Control , you’ll support the project team in tracking installation costs , maintaining internal pricing structures, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate project reporting. This role offers valuable exposure to cost management and installation operations in a structured, supportive setting.

Position Details

  • Position : Project Coordinator – Installation & Cost Control
  • Employment Type : 1-Year Contract (with conversion opportunity)
  • Work Location : Occasional site visits based on project needs
  • Office Location : West Singapore – Near Jurong East MRT (NS1/EW24)
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
  • Salary Range : $2,500 – $3,500/month
  • Bonus Rewards : Completion bonus
  • Other Allowances : Transport reimbursement for project visits

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Track and report on labour, material, and subcontracting costs
  • Maintain and update the Installation Standard Price List (SPL)
  • Assist with budget planning, P&L reporting, and account closures
  • Prepare quotations and respond to cost inquiries from the sales team
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on cost reduction strategies
  • Support variation order tracking, invoice issuance, and payment status updates
  • Assist with inventory planning for installation materials
  • Perform general administrative duties and internal reporting tasks
  • Comply with environmental policies and site safety guidelines

What They’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Open to candidates with relevant academic background or experience in administrative, costing, or coordination roles
  • Training will be provided

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and cost-tracking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous with documentation and report preparation
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across departments
  • Willing to travel occasionally for project site visits
