Post-Sales Project Delivery Executive (ASEAN Region)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Network Department’s project delivery team to oversee post-sales project delivery across the ASEAN region;

• Liaise with the Solutions and Outbound Business teams to manage end-to-end project delivery following contract confirmation, including procurement request submissions, project monitoring, coordination, and completion reporting;

• Collaborate with the Network Department to ensure smooth project handover to operations, and assist the Cost Operations team with leased resource data entry and payment verification;

• Support the Cost Support role by submitting procurement requests and verifying subsequent payment records;

• Complete other tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree or above
• Major:
  Telecommunications, Internet Technology, Electronics, Network Engineering, or related fields
• Work Experience:
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or delivery in the telecommunications industry
• Certifications (Preferred):
  Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), process governance, optical transmission, or routing and switching are an advantage
• Professional Knowledge:
  
  • Proficient in communication protocols and familiar with telecom operator network architecture
  • Candidates with experience in telecom product design/development, large-scale campus networking, or system integration projects will be prioritized
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Skilled in optical transmission , routing & switching , and submarine/terrestrial cable technologies
  • Demonstrated project management experience
• Core Competencies:
  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in information analysis and business writing
  • Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail
  • Organized, disciplined, and professional in execution
