Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full set of accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, tax filing, and month/year-end closing
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, fund transfers, and banking relationships
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Provide administrative support related to finance and corporate operations
• Collaborate with Korean HQ on financial reporting and budgeting matters
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal controls
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business planning tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury management
• Prior experience in Korean companies is highly preferred
• A background in the financial or banking sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in the Korean language is a strong plus, to communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
