Position Overview:

The position requires the individual to ensure that all NeuGen programmes, initiative and events run smoothly throughout the year. The Programme Strategist will need to laisie with different partners, vendors and stakeholder with regards to the different programmes and services. The Programme Strategist will implements initiatives and development programmes and servcies that are congruent with the organisation’s goals and the needs of the community.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enrolling children and families in the programmes and services provided by NeuGen.
  • Work closely with partners and vendors in placing the children and families for the programmes.
  • Process payments and invoices for the programmes.
  • Process incentives and allowance for the students.
  • Administer Bus Fund and Strait Times School Pocket Money Fund.
  • Network with current and potential partners to maintain partnerships.
  • Planning and executing of events and activities such as Tri event workshops, birthday, festive celebration, trial workshops and days camps.
  • Plan, design programme content, prepare and conducting the programme.
  • Collating of stats and doing reports.
  • To support Manager, Programme & Services in reviewing the alignment of programme to organisation’s objectives.
  • To support Manager, Programme & Services in reviewing effectiveness of programmes.
  • Apart from the above, the officer has to perform any other duties as assigned by his superiors for the purpose of fulfilling organisational needs.

Supervision Received:

Supervision is provided by the reporting supervisor. Position requires ability to perform with minimal supervision.


Supervision Exercised:

No direct reports. May monitor and coordinate the admin work of temps.


Core Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good team player and have strong problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and juggle priorities.
  • Ability to work with tight deadline and is strong with follow up.
  • Ability to work under pressure
