Are you a seasoned professional with deep expertise in a specific industry, passionate about connecting top talent with cutting-edge opportunities? We're looking for an Industry Account Manager to join our team and become the trusted partner for hiring managers within your specialized field.
In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your extensive industry knowledge to understand the unique talent challenges faced by our clients. You'll then champion our innovative search methodologies, securing crucial buy-in from hiring managers and HR teams. Your ultimate goal will be to cultivate a robust network of industry professionals, building a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates for current and future assignments.
What You'll Do:
- Consult with Industry Leaders: Engage directly with hiring managers in your designated industry (e.g., Healthcare IT, Semiconductor R&D, Cybersecurity) to gain a comprehensive understanding of their talent acquisition challenges, skill gaps, and strategic hiring needs.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Present and articulate our proven search methodologies to hiring managers and HR business partners, fostering strong relationships and securing their confidence and commitment.
- Cultivate Talent Networks: Proactively build and nurture a vast and growing network of passive and active talent within your specialized industry. This includes identifying key professionals, attending industry events, and leveraging various platforms to establish lasting connections.
- Develop Talent Pipelines: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a continuous supply of top-tier talent for existing and future client requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights to both our internal teams and our clients.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our recruitment teams to effectively match talent to opportunities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process for all parties.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience within a specific industry such as Healthcare IT, Semiconductor R&D, Cybersecurity, or a similar highly specialized field. Your experience should demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends, technical requirements, and the professional landscape.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- A strong network within your target industry or the ability to quickly build one.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented , with a track record of achieving targets and driving successful outcomes.
