PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various departments.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–9 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
