ICT Systems Engineer

CVT is seeking a responsible and ambitious individual who would like to advance their career in ICT. This permanent full-time position will develop your problem solving and people skills and will give you the opportunity to progress. Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for our solution delivery and ongoing client relationship development.

To be successful you will need:

• Determination and a real desire to learn and work hard
• Good character with a record of pride is a big plus
• Customer service focus
• Strong technical competency, familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and TCP/IP networking. SQL knowledge a plus
• Knowledge in VoIP/IP Telephony technology, unified communication and contact center.
• Understanding of basic networking services like DHCP/DNS/VPN/SMTP etc.
• Completed tertiary diploma or degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
