Engineer

Job duties:

• Preparing drawings with Auto CAD.

• Supervising, coordinating and scheduling thedaily activities of a construction site.

• Coordinating work activities with LTA, Maincontractors.

• Establishing methods to meet work schedules andcoordinating work activities with otherdepartments/maincontractors/supervisors/managers Resolving workproblems and recommending measures toimprove productivity and product quality.

• On-site requirements of materials Order tosuppliers.

• Training or arranging for the training of workers injob duties, safety procedures and companypolicies.

• Preparing work schedules, progress claiminvoices, and other reports.

• Draw for different types of sections & plan ofcolumn, slab, beam and necessary drawing.

• Prepare and collate architectural, and structuralshop drawing including as-built drawings.

• Produce drawing timely in a given schedule andensure drawing is in compliance with projectstandards and specifications.
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge of drawings with Auto CAD.

• Estimate the measurement and quantity takingoff.

• Estimate the cost of building projects.

• Prepare bill of quantity. (BOQ).

• Check the daily usage of the material records.

• Ensure the quantity control of the project.

• Prepare office documents
