Cloud Solutions Specialist - Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to assess business need and map M365 and security solutions to organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and support solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies - Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune (for endpoint management and compliance), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Purview.
• Lead migrations and deployments from legacy or on-prem systems to M365 cloud services.
• Configure and manage compliance, security policies, and governance using Microsoft Purview and Defender Suite.
• Implement and monitor conditional access, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Automate tasks and processes with PowerShell or Graph API where needed.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance, and device management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Defender (XDR) e.g. Endpoint/Cloud Apps/Identifies, Office 365.
• Solid understanding of identify and access management (Microsoft Entra ID), MFA and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Microsoft certifications, e.g. MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, MD-102, MS500, are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
