Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the project.

• Communicate and coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors on all project-related matters.

• Participate in regular meetings with the client, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to discuss project issues and progress.

• Review construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies or technical issues; submit technical queries to ensure clarity and resolution.

• Conduct in-progress and joint inspections to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the required quality standards.

• Perform other duties as delegated by the Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the project.
