Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain supplier quality assurance systems, implement supplier qualification programs, and conduct audits to assess compliance with quality requirements.
• Strengthen in-process QA systems, lead internal process audits, and drive process capability and consistency. Mentor the QA team for technical competency growth.
• Integrate quality data from production and site claims into the supplier feedback process, create reporting dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional reviews to drive preventive actions.
• Support alignment of supplier QA and in-process QA with company strategy, represent QA in cross-departmental initiatives, and contribute to customer satisfaction improvements.
• Promote a quality mindset, ensure compliance with ISO9001 and customer-specific requirements, establish internal training plans, and support external audits and third-party assessments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in supplier QA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO9001, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA).
• Experience in supplier development, audits, and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical assembly processes, preferably diesel generator sets.
• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies and team management.
• Able to travel regionally (ASEAN and China) for supplier engagement.
• High analytical capability with a hands-on approach and leadership presence.
