Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• The Land Surveyor is reporting to the Managers/Engineers.

• Knowledge in using CAD and surveying instruments.

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles, setting out etc.

• Work closely with registered land surveyors, authorities, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure project alignment.

• Prepare the topographic, geodetic, photogrammetric and dilapidation surveys and reports.

• Familiar with Authorities requirement and update changes where necessary.

• Other Ad-Hoc related duties assigned by the company.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate with educational qualifications recognized by Land Surveyors Board (LSB).

• Min. 3 years practical survey work experience under the supervision of a registered land surveyor.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and surveying instruments.

• Good level of English (speaking & writing).

• Proactive and good working attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
