MEP Modeller - BIM & CAD

Job Info:

• Basic up to $4,500
• Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5.5days/week)
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (weekdays), 8:30am - 12:30pm (Sat)
• Location: West

Job Description:

• Develop and update 3D MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.) using Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM tools.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings from the models.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and extraction of BOQs (bill of quantities) from BIM models.
Coordinate with architectural and structural models to ensure clash-free design
