Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities :

• Familiar with the evaluation of tenders, the preparation of tenders & quotations
• Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
• Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Ability to source supplies and subcontractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of subcontractors' progress payments
• Project administration and documentation include the preparation of the interim
• Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of the ISO Quality Management System
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact of the variation of the project specification
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
• Award scope to Subcon, and verify their claims and VO
• Familiarization with R&R is a bonus

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
