Responsibilities:

• Check and count physical quantity of incoming AFE deliveries in warehouse

• Key in excel sheet on incoming AFE deliveries, assist in keeping track and monitoring shortages

• Track and key in SNCA and monitor all AFE SNCA including tracking of return items

• Assist in documentation and filing, keeping track and updating of folio sheets

• Tracking and keying of patents cost

• Assist in preparing documentation for billing

• Assist in preparing proposal to customers.

• Assist in preparing certificate of completion, delivery note and tracking payment under proposal and contract

• Assist in doing new BG/BG reduction under contract.
