TCM clinic assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients, manage appointment scheduling
• Assist TCM physician during consultations and treatments
• Prepare and dispense Chinese herbal medicine according to prescriptions
• Set up and clean treatment rooms and equipment
• Perform basic therapies (e.g., cupping, gua sha, moxibustion) under supervision
• Maintain clinic hygiene and inventory levels
• Provide translation or explanation of treatment procedures if needed

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine preferred
• Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Responsible, service-oriented, and willing to learn
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
