Warehouse Supervisor

Report to: Head of APAC Supply Chain (based in Beijing HQ)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate our warehouse operations in Singapore. The role requires close collaboration with our local 3PL warehouse partner while maintaining efficient communication with our Beijing headquarters. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth inbound/outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate and manage the relationship with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Ensure warehouse operations align with company policies, safety standards, and KPIs
• Maintain regular communication with the HQ supply chain team in Beijing, providing timely updates and reports
• Participate in inventory checks, audits, and cycle counts
• Handle local documentation and compliance related to logistics and customs when necessary
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience working with or within Chinese companies or reporting to China-based headquarters is a strong plus
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic supply chain tools
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, with a hands-on and proactive working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with regional or cross-border logistics between China and Southeast Asia
• Experience working in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or e-commerce sectors
