  • Attend to incoming calls and emails

  • Attend to basic enquiries from customers
  • Perform basic administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Call Center
