- Plan and attend regular meetings with clients for projects
- Liaise with clients on their enquries, feedbacks & complaints
- Liaise with authorities and plant suppliers
- Liaise in Mandarin and English
- Able work with designers to propose plant selection and sustainable designs for specific sites
- Provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf grasses, etc.
- Assist in preparation of pests and diseases control programmes
- Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works
- Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
- Receive and act upon instructions given by the superintendent representative.
- Perform administrative tasks related to appointed project.
- Conduct site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
- Respond to emergency call after work hours, following emergency call tree.
