Business Analyst - CD/CS

Key Responsibilities

• Discover & define business needs and target processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay ) with clear North-Star goals.
• Analyze problems using tools like data modeling, empathy mapping, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities.
• Design solutions with user stories, wireframes, and integration specs that align business and tech teams.
• Validate and deliver through UAT, change management, and continuous user feedback loops.
• Engage stakeholders with clear updates, facilitated workshops, and cross-functional alignment.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related; CBAP / PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Power BI / Tableau / SQL, wireframing, and basic ERP / CRM knowledge.
• Methodology: Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, and BA techniques like process mapping and UI design.
• Business understanding of Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance domains with hands-on process knowledge.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, empathy, influence, and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
