Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and implement regional sales and growth strategies for learning and capability-building solutions.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value client relationships, including enterprise clients and government stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth, expand the sales pipeline, and lead commercial forecasting in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape solution offerings informed by client needs, market dynamics, and policy developments (e.g., SkillsFuture).
- Represent the organization in strategic client engagements, industry forums, and regional business development initiatives.
- Oversee the development of proposals, solution architecture, and pricing strategies from a strategic perspective. Work closely with Business Development, Learning Delivery, and Product teams to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales & Marketing or closely related field, preferably with past experience in either Human Resource, L&D, Quality Management or Organizational Development related work or equivalent experience.
- Prior sales and business development experience in the professional services sector within APAC will be an added advantage. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and expanding client base.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and confident in using technology tools to build relationships and engage with clients and prospects. A self-motivated, performance-oriented individual and a team player enjoys working in an agile and a collaborative environment
