Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the end-to-end loan process, from application to disbursement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring all loan operations adhere to relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date loan documentation.
• Manage and guide a team of loan operations executives.

Requirements

• At Least 10 years of experience in loan operations, preferably within a corporate or commercial banking environment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of loan products such as loan syndication and project finance.
